This package pairs essential rental items to help hosts set up quickly and comfortably—perfect for small birthday parties, family get-togethers, or casual summer afternoons. Expect a thoughtful selection of core items that provide seating, shelter, and basic party functionality so you can focus on guests instead of logistics. Reliable, easy to arrange, and ideal for intimate outdoor celebrations.

🚚 DELIVERY: We deliver to Baldwinsville, and surrounding areas (delivery fees calculated at checkout).

Drop off can be any time after 08:00AM on booking day or prior day.

Pickup can be any time before 10:00PM on booking day or the following morning after 08:00AM depending on our schedule.

🌧 RAIN POLICY: You can cancel, reschedule your rental due to rain at no extra cost by 7:00am on day of rental.

👧👦 OCCUPANCY: A maximum of 5-6 kids of equal size at one time for bounce houses, and 1 person at a time for slides is what most inflatable manufacturers recommend.

🧽 CLEANING: All units are cleaned and sanitized before use.

  • 20 X 20 Pole Tent

    Perfect for any outdoor celebration, the 20 X 20 Pole Tent provides ample space and shelter. Sturdy and reliable, it’s easy to set up and can withstand various weather conditions, making it an excellent choice for everything from birthday parties to casual gatherings. The covered area keeps guests comfortable and dry, ensuring your event goes off without a hitch.

    • 🚚 DELIVERY: We deliver to Baldwinsville, and surrounding areas (delivery fees calculated at checkout).
      • Delivery and Setup can be 1 to 2 days prior, or the morning of the event. Pickup usually is the day after the event. (Most tent rentals will be setup Thursday/Friday and picked up Sunday/Monday)
      • All of our tent rentals are 2-day rentals.  
    • 👉 SEATING CAPACITY:
      • 48 guests for a sit-down dinner.
    • Pole tents can only be set up on grass where stakes can be used.  
    • 20x20 Pole tent uses 1 center pole.
    • Tent Installation, Site Requirements, and Weather Policy

      Customer is responsible for ensuring that the installation site is suitable for the safe setup and anchoring of the tent. Tent dimensions listed on quotes, contracts, invoices, and marketing materials represent the canopy size only and do not include the additional space required for staking, guy lines, and installation access.

      Tents require adequate clearance beyond the stated tent dimensions to allow for proper staking and securing of all guy lines. Customers should allow an additional 3-4 feet of space on all sides of the tent (6-8 feet added to the overall footprint) for ropes, stakes, and safe installation access. It is the customer’s responsibility to accurately measure and verify that sufficient space is available prior to delivery and installation.

      If sufficient clearance is not available, or if obstacles such as buildings, fences, trees, landscaping, utilities, septic systems, irrigation systems, pools, decks, sheds, overhead wires, or other site conditions prevent proper installation, Callahan Entertainment reserves the right to refuse installation without liability.

      All tents must be installed on a grass surface and secured using stakes driven into the ground. Customer must disclose any known underground utilities, sprinkler systems, septic systems, invisible fences, drainage systems, or other buried hazards prior to installation. If ground conditions are determined to be unsuitable for staking, including but not limited to excessive rock, hard-packed ground, unstable soil, saturated soil, frozen ground, or any condition that prevents the safe installation of tent stakes, Callahan Entertainment reserves the right to refuse installation. No refunds will be provided if installation cannot be completed due to undisclosed site conditions, insufficient installation space, or unsuitable ground conditions.

      Weather and Wind Safety Policy

      The safety of our customers, guests, and staff is our highest priority. Tents are temporary structures and can be damaged by severe weather conditions, including high winds, heavy rain, lightning, hail, or other adverse weather events.

      Callahan Entertainment reserves the right to delay, cancel, remove, or refuse installation of any tent if weather conditions are deemed unsafe before, during, or after setup.

      As a general safety policy, Callahan Entertainment will not install tents when forecasted wind gusts exceed 25 mph during the installation period and reserves the right to cancel, remove, or decline installation if weather conditions are expected to exceed safe operating limits. Weather forecasts from recognized weather services shall be used in making this determination.

      Customers shall not move, adjust, remove, loosen, retension, or alter any tent stakes, ropes, ratchets, poles, or anchoring systems. If severe weather develops, all occupants should immediately evacuate the tent and seek shelter in a permanent structure.

      No refunds or liability shall apply for weather-related delays, interruptions, cancellations, or early removals made in the interest of safety. Callahan Entertainment’s determination regarding site suitability, weather conditions, installation safety, and wind-related decisions shall be final.

    Customer is responsible for stacking similarly for pickup.  $100.00 labor fee will be charged if they are not stacked and ready for pickup.
