Q: How far in advance should I book?
A: We recommend booking 4–8 weeks in advance for most events. Peak dates (May–September weekends) can book out months ahead, especially for foam parties, water slides, and tents.

Q: How do I reserve my event?
A: Simply contact us through our website or call/text 315-640-5604. A $50 deposit is required to secure your date.

Q: What happens if it rains?
A: We offer flexible rescheduling/cancel options due to weather. Your safety and experience are our top priority.

🛠 Setup & Space Requirements

Q: Do you set everything up?
A: Yes! We handle delivery, setup, and takedown so you can enjoy your event stress-free.

Q: How much space do I need?
A: Space varies by rental:

• Bounce houses: ~15×15 ft

• Water slides: ~30–40 ft length

• Foam parties: open area preferred (grass or pavement)
  We’ll confirm exact requirements during booking.

Q: Do I need to provide power or water?
A:

• Most inflatables require standard electrical outlets

• Water slides and foam parties require hose access/ Water Slides the customer supplies the hose!

• Generators are available if needed

Q: Is your equipment clean?
A: Absolutely. All equipment is cleaned and sanitized between every rental.

Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes, we are fully licensed and insured, which is critical for schools, municipalities, and large events.

Q: How early do you arrive?
A: We typically arrive 1–3 hours before your event depending on setup needs.

Q: How long are rentals?
A: Most rentals are 6 hours, with extended and overnight options available. Tents, tables and chairs are 2-day rentals.  Normally setup will be the day before with pick up the day after. 

Q: Do you stay during the event?
A:

• Some services (like foam parties) include staff supervision

• Others (like inflatables) are typically drop-off rentals
