A: Simply contact us through our website or call/text 315-640-5604. A $50 deposit is required to secure your date.

Q: What happens if it rains?
A: We offer flexible rescheduling/cancel options due to weather. Your safety and experience are our top priority.

Q: Do you set everything up?
A: Yes! We handle delivery, setup, and takedown so you can enjoy your event stress-free.

Q: How much space do I need?
A: Space varies by rental:

  • Bounce houses: ~15×15 ft

  • Water slides: ~30–40 ft length

  • Foam parties: open area preferred (grass or pavement)
    We’ll confirm exact requirements during booking.

Q: Do I need to provide power or water?
A:

  • Most inflatables require standard electrical outlets

  • Water slides and foam parties require hose access/ Water Slides the customer supplies the hose!

  • Generators are available if needed

A: Most rentals are 6 hours, with extended and overnight options available. Tents, tables and chairs are 2-day rentals.  Normally setup will be the day before with pick up the day after. 

Q: Do you stay during the event?
