The covered area keeps guests comfortable and dry, ensuring your event goes off without a hitch.
- 🚚 DELIVERY: We deliver to Baldwinsville, and surrounding areas (delivery fees calculated at checkout).
- Delivery and Setup can be 1 to 2 days prior, or the morning of the event. Pickup usually is the day after the event. (Most tent rentals will be setup Thursday/Friday and picked up Sunday/Monday)
- All of our tent rentals are 2-day rentals.
- 👉 SEATING CAPACITY:
- 48 guests for a sit-down dinner.
- Pole tents can only be set up on grass where stakes can be used.
- 20x20 Pole tent uses 1 center pole.
