- 🚚 DELIVERY: We deliver to Baldwinsville, and surrounding areas (delivery fees calculated at checkout).
- Drop off can be any time after 08:00AM on booking day or prior day.
- Pickup can be any time before 10:00PM on booking day or the following morning after 08:00AM depending on our schedule.
- 🌧 RAIN POLICY: You can cancel, reschedule your rental due to rain at no extra cost by 7:00am on day of rental.
- 👧👦 OCCUPANCY: A maximum of 5-6 kids of equal size at one time for bounce houses, and 1 person at a time for slides is what most inflatable manufacturers recommend.
- 🧽 CLEANING: All units are cleaned and sanitized before use.
