How big is your outdoor movie screen?
Our largest Outdoor Movie Experience features a massive 33-foot inflatable movie screen, making it an excellent choice for schools, parks, municipalities, businesses and large community events.
Can you set the movie screen up in a park?
Yes. Parks and large open spaces can be excellent locations for outdoor movie nights. The event organizer is responsible for obtaining permission from the property owner or municipality and any required permits.
Can you provide power?
Yes. A generator can be added for $125 when sufficient electrical service isn’t available at the event location.
Do you provide speakers?
Yes. Our movie experiences include professional speakers on stands so your guests can hear the movie throughout the viewing area.
Can we add popcorn?
Absolutely! Our Popcorn Experience is available for $75 and includes the popcorn machine and supplies.
Can we add inflatables or other entertainment?
Yes! Callahan Entertainment can combine your outdoor movie with inflatables, mini golf, foam parties, bubble experiences, games, concessions, tents, tables and chairs.
Can you provide the movie?
The customer or event organizer is responsible for providing legally authorized movie content and obtaining any required public performance licensing.
Can the movie start during daylight?
Outdoor projection looks best after sunset or when ambient light has significantly decreased. We will help you plan an appropriate setup and start time based on your event.
How far in advance should we reserve?
Popular Friday and Saturday dates can book quickly, particularly during spring, summer and early fall. We recommend reserving your date as early as possible.
