Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.

Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. Customer is responsible for supplying a hose long enough to reach the inflatable.  

Our inflatables and Pole Tents can ONLY be set up on grass.  We can provide sandbags for indoor events for Inflatables. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup for indoors are anchored with sandbags.

Our cancellation policy is designed to be straightforward and fair. If you need to cancel your reservation, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of your event. Cancellations made before this 24-hour period will not incur any charges. 

If inclement weather is forecasted, you may cancel by 7 AM on the day of the event for a Rain Check or Refund. Please note that no refunds will be issued once the equipment has been delivered, regardless of whether it is used or not.

Delivery & Setup are free within 12 miles of our location in Baldwinsville.  $4 per mile is added to your order and you will see the total cost before you complete the order.  

Chair & Table Setup NOT included.  Customer is responsible for set up and tear down, stacking for pickup unless you order our add-on setup service. 

We only use Foam Daddy Gel which is the industry leader in foam solution.  This specifically designed foam solution is hypo-allergenic, dye-free, non-toxic, and bio-degradable.  It is completely safe for children, animals, plants, and the environment.
